in my view ELK has unnecessarily high expenses in its running [its not Exxon] -the mgmt in my view has made some v.bad decisions in its short life ..ask instos who bought in @ 60c...furthermore it is a corp citizen in am small town ,Casper ,where every one knows everyone and is dominated some singularly powerful O&G outfits [generally privateers] ...they sacked their field prodn manager Dennis Brabec i am told a week before his options vested...they were a trivial cost compared to the bad will these actions could engender in such a small community ..
