The directors own a significant share of this company. Do you really think they would sabotage their own interests if this person was truly an asset to this company.
I dont think so!
I am sure directors had a reason for him leaving the company. If you are truly an ELK investor you would appreciate that the directors have the best interests of the company in mind and your shares.
Things change, get over it and grow up.
