    SFR market cap = $974m
    less OZL 20% stake = $779m
    plus 30% on market t/o premium = $1.013B

    vs

    North Parkes for between $500 and $800m (I have seen multiple values published).
    NP at $500m is a lay down misere compared to SFR.
    NP at $800m is, IMO, line ball with SFR

    I do not think OZL will move on SFR
