I don't think he got mixed up with CNP and CER, but aprt from target price I like the following statement.

"Its current price being under 10cents will create more millionaires that any other stock has done in recent history."

I am not sure how many millionaires were created by PDN when investors bought this for under 10 cents.

He also says,
"The debt ridden Centro is a gold mine for those who can take risk."
But I don't find much risk at current prices with their debt stabilization plan under control.
