Would another corporate risk buying POSCO's 15.2% knowing that OZL can block any transaction (and can set the price for any deal)?
Last thing OZL needs is more cash and fewer strategic options (if they sold their OZL stake to any acquirer of POSCO's stake) they would come under pressure to return cash to shareholders
From a strategic perspective (ignoring any value calculations) would be the deal for OZL (just a few years too late)- but would OZL take the step (take out the remaining holders) that they failed to do last time?
