    Your statement Correct me if I am wrong, but the POSCO stake was built post OZL's stake of 19.9%. is incorrect. POSCO was already a shareholder when OZL raided the SFR register.

    If OZL does buy the POSCO stake, then a 35% shareholding by OZL means that a t/o of the balance is almost inevitable and the only question would be a discussion between OZL and the institutions on the t/o premium.
