I wouldn't worry about an OZL takeover VC. OZ management have shown their conservative nature time and time again.
If an offer does come, I feel it will only be after further exploration success and in that case it may be from a party other than OZ. In any case the share price would be higher due to the extra find.
But only speculation.
Either way, with it's high-margin product (5% Cu) SFR will enjoy healthy profits even with a depressed copper price. Something that should not be discounted.
