I agree wholeheartedly wit the letter....Clear reasoning. The board don't care about SH's, The board do care about their own pockets and rhetoric indicates they are more than likely looking to acquire another asset at another CR (which will boost their pockets considerably whilst emptying and diluting their SH's pockets)... hence the motion to increase the overdraft.
