It is always good to have some exploration project in the book while your current project start paying back return to original investor. Look at the MIN, paying dividend, exploring projects and selling products through existing mines as well so all three can work nicely together but you can't just have new growth opportunity before you start realising benefit of your current project for all shareholders.
