I am sure he would like to tuck into a bowl of the famous Portuguese Arros (rice) soup - with an Aussie twist. Cooked for supper last night.
It was yum, but the soup was just a little bit too metallic (leached out of the mussel shells into the stock) common issue with seafood soups.
I countered with a spoonful of Plum Sauce and a dollop of Cream Fresh.
I read that as a omen for rich metallic ores ahead.
I am sure he would like to tuck into a bowl of the famous...
