It will be interesting to see if the company responds or we get a gold price rise on the back of a dip in the A dollar.I agree the price should push past 6c and you nom of 12c seems very reasonable .So we have a decline probability of around 2.5 to 2.8c and an uplift of plus10c.Which brings me back to the start being this looks like a buy and stock needing to break 4c to start its run.
I feel the loan repayment timeframe to Sandstorm is really a non-event as they remain a large shareholder and their business is loaning money to emerging producers and converting those loans to streams or equity. If you look into Sandstorm you will see they are patient capital. One cannot off coarse guarantee the Mutiny team will be able to negotiate an extension especially given the disappointing drilling program ;but this is resource and its high drama and risk before reward. Much more fun than the GG'S
If TJ backs up his noise with results ,that is brings in the project funding before Christmas as promised then the Sandstorm loan converts to a stream and those that are holding will be well rewarded. If TJ is a blow-hard and does not deliver then they will need to negotiate with Sandstorm plus face significant shareholder backlash. I think the shareholder backlash will be far more significant than the Sandstorm loan which in its current format expires midish next year .
