Hi Sandune,Farmdown makes good sense if they can get a reasonable deal.It will bring in cash and it will set a pre appraisal and predevelopment value for the project.This will obviously increase as appraisal and development are completed and all the risk is removed.Right now the ICN market cap is less than $18mill so there could be a big uplift in sp to reflect potential value of CBM asset.
