    Quicksilver Resources and Shell sell 312,000 net acres to Southwestern Energy for $180m.

    There were at least 3 verticle wells drilled and 26,000 acres of 3D seismic shot.

    Some of this acreage was previously owned by Enteks partner,East Resources.
