I think that H/C should have been informed first so they can take any action.

What needs to be avoided is a CODE being put out of action because of an argument, where litigation is being threatened.

You wouldn't want to not being able to post on NDO, would you? (MST, VCR etc)

I noticed some posts having been deleted so it is possible that H/C has taken steps to protect itself and perhaps one or both posters.

It is not wise threatening litigation unless the opportunity is given to H/C first to look at it.

After all, some 15,000 readers are involved, not just a couple of posters who fight.

I suggest that both posters involved start writing some productive posts from here on.
