    A good way to encourage individuals to buy Bluegens in Australia would be to allow individuals to claim capital depreciation of the Bluegen itself against gross income, a lot like negative gearing and property investment. Obviously a FiT is needed as well but from what I can see with the investment property mania, Australians love a good tax write off!
