I was disappointed with the HC members yesterday regarding FMG. I do not own but am very interested in FMG as I own companies that supply services to the IO sector and own some IO players.

Anyway, we had the usual posters calling the end of FMG, a couple the end of China and I am sure a few more the end of the world. Then we had the usual baiting and rude posts. Some poster called The Pro is in clear need of years and years of therapy.

But the complete lack of informative posts was stunning. Where have all the good posters gone? Or is it that no one knows anything?

Something about the FMG thing that bothers me is that it is always Fairfax with the bad news. Fairfax needs to show some balance (I know, I am kidding myself right..... would be easier getting the ABC so show balance). From an outsiders perspective it looks like they have their ear next to the shorters. If FMG is OK some serious questions need to be asked about Fairfax and their sources.
