Looks like sanford like comsec need to look at proper overhuals and maintence of their systems - and real time trading data instead of delayed data - this would attract more clients and make them more competitive (but oh well when they lose clients to rivals the underlying profits suffer and then this motivates them to improve or go out of buisness.)
