Sanfords appear to use there own generic "live data" platform simply put its garbage!.Most brokers use the Web Iress platform its easier to use contains more infomation is generally cheaper than the Sanford geriactric sorry generic system.But lastly ITS A VERY STABLE PLATFORM AND RELIABLE TO THE EXTREME.
