I spoke to a tech rep on Monday who pointed the finger at the ASX data format change as being part of the problem, and that their uppgrade was having trouble. He also said it would be fixed definately in time for Tuesday open.
I just tried ringing Sanford, and it took over a minute for the phone to even be answered, and after another five minutes in the Technical queue, I gave up. Obviously they have major problems, and plenty of people are ringing, so don't expect too much feedback.
