"Even so, Geoalcalis request to grant a partial licence was granted, asking them to pass on the necessary documentation regarding the constructions that do not affect the aforementioned plots. #####So the Mayor has stated quite clearly whats required but our fabulous people in charge havent provided the necessary documents! What a joke.
