Cheers Pecan. I guess my main point here for Chinguetti is that even though not onshore it is cheaper to develop than Mauritania. Success here is not small bickies and even though everyone focuses on Mauritania with HDR,a win at Twin Lions is as economically valuable to HDR as say Chinguetti was particularly as the market is not taking on risked valuations of undrilled leads for HDR only firmed up reservoir that can be pumped within a couple of years. The good thing about that type of sentiment is that the market cant really chop that value down any further barring extreme external events eg oil price crash(but most valuations are done at long term oil prices anyway)
