Let's be clear for a second; you are challenging one poster's opinion, Not the facts. AVZ to be quiet on the matter from beginning to now and to only front accusations via their legal representatives is a brilliant move.

Momentum has come out swinging and swinging hard. In my opinion (emphasis on the word opinion), this is the most intelligent move. It is the legal team's function and role (Momentum) to present facts and data. Speculation in any legal matter anywhere in the world is not the correct way to handle any legal issue. Corruption - now that's a separate issue and would depend on what side of it you are on. I think we all know where AVZ sit on that matter.
