Sanity Relief

when we profit, we are clever, genius, chart gurus and legends. when we lose it is in our nature as humans to look for what ifs , or should haves, truths, half truths and falsehoods. when ive been burnt, I turn to a session of Howlin' Wolf, Eric Clapton, Nick Cave or Leonard Cohen and the like for an overload of poor-me renditions to snap me out of my hubristic state. Needles to say, investing in STX has seen the sound system have a work out this last week. Anyone willing to share how they maintain their sanity in what is often a high stress environment would be interested to hear.
