Hi Con80 - We generally like to do the whole thing of look at a sunset, platter and a G & T at 5.30pm on the weekend nights. Very civilized. There is also Sin Gin - very nice and if you want to try weird - then a Green Ant Gin from the NT. I have a couple of scars from a couple of Green ant bites - and wow do they hurt when they bite you! Nice to see them floating around inside the bottle - they got what they deserved.
