    Doogon. Pretty sure TON could have a BINDING agreement with itself if it wanted. Please explain to me why a BINDING agreement at significantly high prices was entered into if the LMB and Hengda were to merge anyway. Hardly BINDING is it. Do you know much about Hengda? I would like to know some more details about the company. All know is Richard Trevillion's past history isn't squeaky clean. I Know who I would rather have leading a company.
