No worries cripdo, I first thought the same but later discounted the idea because of the rational in my previous post.
For the record I too believe the deal is almost certain. IMO UNIS is not behaving like a company that is worried about not signing the contract: NASDAQ, Global headquarters, recruiting drive, AS's recent positive statements. Same for SA: Capex grants, exclusivity agreement etc.
But im looking forward to seeing (or at least hearing about) ink on paper. That will remove any risk and should result in a nice rerate.
