I doubt the borrowers would have completed a detailed DD on the SA deal - it hasn't been signed yet. I have yet to see a credit committee that is willing to lend on an unsigned deal, remember they're in the business of debt not equity. Instead I believe they leant on the strength of UNIS's large cash holdings post SPP.
Personally I expect the deal to go ahead (why else hold shares), but I don't think it is right to trumpet the building financing as proof of a signed sealed and delivered deal.
