Big Al did say on the conference call that the minimums didn't really mean anything to him because he wants to work closely with customers over long term relationships. He stated that this is the reason he would never force a customer to take product that would be uneconomic for them just because of a number on a contract, his preference would be to work closely with them to find a new solution that would benefit both parties.
Personally, it was this comment that resonated with me the most and gave me the confidence to hold and double my shareholding in UNS.
So many businesses just don't do customer and relationship well. Hearing this philosophy/approach from AS made me think that UNS will. And that is worth $$$.
