I believe that on the ASX that you have to report by the last business day of the month following each quarter. Some report earlier but most use their full time allowance.

I agree, and where you say there needs to be runs on the board before that happens, the way I see it our competitors won't bother with us until we start significantly stealing their market share. Why spend hundreds of millions if not billions buying someone out, if you can use your existing operation to keep customers. They won't move until they have lost significant market share and are forced to and it will cost a lot more.
