Sanofi-Aventis now owns 100% of Merial, shareholder approved a day ago. IMU owns worldwide rights to technology which will secure IMU 5-6% royalties on sales in a $3bn market. IMU's leading vaccines especially PRSS are on the threshold of commercialisation
