Having watched the latest video presentation,I found it quite eluminating.
For the first time, Les was very strong on the PNG government either participating fully on their 30 percent takeup,or getting nothing,not even a royalty.
Lets not forget the PNG government will need to pay circa $ 30 million for past expenses incurred todate.

Is this but one reason for the delay(I dont know)?

Just as a side issue,rio selling out of the Palabora copper mine because of the life of mine( and other issues)means another potential bidder for Yandera going forward.
