it's close enough that if they wanted the hub in Santa C, They could have the front end of the process circuit like a crusher screener sorter to increase the grade at the mine across the border and decrease freighting costs.
given a higher grade feedstock to feed in further down the processing plant.
I haven't reviewed the tenements intimately but it is at least shifting the needle in terms of priority. as in if Santa C is your flagship should be treated as such. first thing most companies do when they find a core key project the secure land and resources around it to monopolise the area.
not sure RFR will ever end up tier 1 global scale tungsten producer but the further they can push themselves up the scale the better.
