It's true yes, Spain is tough especially if you don't have a local partner but Spain does have a profitable mining industry. Good management teams can navigate local bureaucratic hurdles, poor ones can't. I restate again, this company has never progressed a single exploration or development project ever. Take one look at the company share price charts over 1,3 or 5 years......consistent & telling of what a disaster these people are. Modis operandi .....project acquisition....capital squander.....project relinquishment. Repeat
