Santa Fe is capitalized & should be in production.
A deal with Canadian Canarc Resources in which share exchange between santa Fe & Canarc will result in Canarc holding 34% of Santa Fe(66m shares issued to Canarc) & Santa Fe holding 17% of Canarc (33m shares issued to Santa Fe.
Funds from investment bank of $22m.
Senior debt restructured (I believe this also includes the $4m owed to IGS)
SFEG scrip is up from 2c a few weeks ago to 8c.
Why is IGS languishing at $1.2m?
    # 9.2m SFEG shares.
    # $4m convertible notes to SFEG which will likely be recouped.
    # 50% SEG shares.
    # 1% royalties in Fraser Range.
    # Promising asset in Brazil.
