just read on TS that Leonardo Farkus Klein joint venture company Santa Fe which is owned 70% by major Indian company JSW Steel is no longer mining iron ore in Chile. Mining has stopped.
The JV partner had purchased 70% of Santa Fe and was committed to spend US$500m in order to maximise production to 4m tonnes pa.
Now if the above is fact ( currently researching details)what chance is there for ADY to successfully go into a jv with Wisco?
It would have to be at a give away price and only if 100% of Vallenar is secured.
I recall that Wisco was not prepared to advance ADY with a $20m loan when assistance was desperately required last year. So much for a "good" partner!
