I reckon it is bull s*** that he can't invest/trade after all directors of companies trade in the share of their own company's and in some cases they are responsible for more money than his ministry. Like BHP, RIO, ETC and then you have Rudds misses making $175m out of decisions of the government and she would be advised on government policy by her husband who claims to be for the workers, he would'nt know that the word means.
