Think of it like a relay race. JH has laid a lot of ground work as a good geo and being able to aquire land under the same roof. RC is taking us home as a good negotiator. Without both of them, CTP wouldn't be where it is now.
Considering CTPs vast potential, RC needs to given the space to do "business as usual" and develop this company without these distractions.
I feel sorry for JH and maybe higher SP in the future, as CTP develops, will be fair compensation for him one day.
