The broker target 5.70. In one month or one year? Probably two month is reasonable.
Just rid of 1/4 of shale oil (about 1 mbpd) and the deep water oil, the supply/demand will be re-balanced. The OPEC cut is to get rid of the storage stocks. I agree with GS on one point - there will be oil deficient by Q2 of 2017. Would not surprised if STO goes to 10 by the end of next year.
Focus on oil price, simple. If oil goes up, sto goes up, or verse vice. Apparently, trend and sentiment are all good
