I don't think anything you say is sure Mr money, for example the Chinese do not seem keen on asset sales. The letter to directors was sort of raising capital to allow the company to grow production.
A problem with these forums is that anyone can comment and everyone is an expert no matter how scanty their knowledge of a particular stock.
