Late to the conversation, but here's my first impression of this fast deal. It is low ball mercenary, in that the owners of quadrant want a quick sale. So instead of increasing it's value through continued development...which costs... They took the bird in the hand and ran....
Yes there is as so many before have said MORE to CVN than just Dorado. However Santos is definitely a shark and we have to be careful not to lose a hand or an arm here.
