I agree with you that the "Cash" component could include our JV permits (Dorado, ROC etc).
At the moment, we don't know.
It could be the certification payment is a "Bonus" payment, on top of the cash deal and the royalty payments are further bonus payments, based on production.
Note, I included a caveat in my post.
My point was, we should get as much details as possible, so we can decide whether the component of this deal was too cheap.
