Regarding Harbour's tactics, it all could just be a "conditioning" exercise i.e. set expectations with a low ball, and reinforce it with follow-up bids at a low level, but still undervalue the company. We should not be spooked by a series of bids which culminate at $7 when the company is really worth considerably more in the long term, which is the reason why Harbour want to buy it. Harbour are not "bidding against themselves" but have a strategy/tactics in place to get the company as cheap as possible.
The STO board clearly have a problem regarding Hony/ENN, who are the only shareholders who have been given the option to retain an interest in the company, which they will do. That is telling us the company has long term value.
The board needs to look at the facts, prepare a response which could include fully understanding the reject scenario, and not be spooked. We don't have to sell the company and staying the course could be the best alternative.
