the other serious concern they have is trying to raise capital without detailing their plans for ESG as well as most of their big ticket captial expenditure commitments.

What are they going to do? Go cap in hand to the Mr Market and ask for $3b but not detail how it's going to be spent? That won't wash after their big raising last year I wouldn't have thought.

Investors will want details for that kind of coin.
