Santos Dividends: "Less resident withholding tax"

G'day folks,

Santos recently paid me dividends. I'm an Australian citizen residing in Australia and have been so this FY.

A letter notifying me of Santos dividend payment indicated that half the dividends, which are unfranked and declared to "Conduit Foreign Income", has been deducted from the total dividend amount under the "Less resident withholding tax (AU$)"

Is this what other folks are seeing on their dividend notifications?

I thought perhaps there's a mistake on my part informing Santos that I'm an Australian shareholder and not subject to additional taxes as a foreigner.

Please correct my assemptions
