With Santos in the process of a farm - down of interests in several exploration permits, is it preparing to focus on a core asset and offer a takeover for CTP/CUE/NZO?
Santos must have some idea of the potential of Dukas/Range and together with CTP's steady reduction in debt, consideration being given to the financial viability of a new pipeline, and a touted shortfall of gas for the East Coast looming, is there a consolidation of gas interests on the horizon?
