ICN could have made it clear regarding the price to be paid by Santos or if it was not known then the relevant dates.
Santos has a number of alternative actions. They could convert the options then sell the shares.They could start to take over ICN, or they could have plans to sell to a third party who may want control of ICN.They might just sit on their ICN shares for a while and what happens.All of the recent buying seems to have a systematic and unrelenting nature to it which is totally unlike ICN in the past.Something more than normal buying activity is happening but having said that nobody is putting up their hand to owning 5% yet.Strange but I am not knocking it.
