    I am just a humble shopkeeper so can someone help explain to me why NOT having a board seat is a good position for STO to be in if they want to launch a take-over ?

    If I was Knox, I would be on the board, I would looking at the data, I would be drinking with Casey, I would be lunching with Anderson.

    Why would not having a seat be an indicator that a bid will come ?
