Also maybe it’s because it will be a phased development, with the gas initially reinjected.
If production is limited by gas handling the production profile will be flat like a gas plant, not the exponential decay of a typical oil project. 50,000 bopd, 18 mmbo pa for 9 years on the 2C.
Some funding advantages to CVN starting more modestly with lower capex.
