Googling, I found the Goliat FPSO built for Norway in 2012 (ordered 2010) has a similar capacity (~100,000 bopd) with gas reinjection and cost $1.1B, built in South Korea. That was during the height of the oil boom so I'd hope that even adjusted for inflation the current cost of a 100k FPSO would be a bit cheaper. It was also an unusual circular design. All in all it looks like if Dorado FPSO comes in under a billion that'd be a good result
