RE: "CR for circa $150 mm before FID"

Your assessment EL & unfortunately 100% agree..
Exactly what VINVA has been betting big $$$ on...
    What a disappointment..
They get rich at the expense of CVN shareholders..
This will piss off institutions who paid 35c & 39c at his last CRs..
More dilution and as you (EL) confirmed SP to go down for the impending CR.
No doubt instos will have no hesitation to salvage their short term position by lending their stock to shorters. Thats why shorts have gone up today..

Might as well do the CR now - so we all don't have to put up with the endless shorting.

So amazed that you (EL) & people on this thread don't see this for what it is - a monumental stuff up by a CEO who had no plan other than sit around and wait for the easy route of a CR..

This situation could have easily been avoided had CVN moved quickly to
    1) Sell down or find partner for Buffalo
    2) Sell down of Dorado stake
    3) Locked down the bank financing that supposedly was in easy reach..

Flame me all you want but anyone who now "back slaps" Cap Raise Cook is an ostrich with their head in the sand..
